November 16 is the date for this month’s Bloomin’ PGC Urban Farmers Open Mic Night! USDA staff from the Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement, the Agricultural Marketing Service, and the new NRCS Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production will highlight programs and resources available to urban farmers. As always, growers are invited to share their enterprises, as well as discuss challenges and opportunities they face in growing for-profit and donation in Prince George’s County.
