Prince George’s Soil Conservation District is happy to sponsor a FREE Fall is For Urban Farming webinar on October 10th that will discuss and demonstrate fall and early winter growing strategies, and provide information on transplants and seeds that are ideal for fall farming! Speakers include Bonita Adeeb of Cooperative Gardens Commission & STEAM Onward, Daniel Trott of At Home Farm, LLC, and Linda Jones of Elements of Nature Botanicals and Farmaceuticals! All participants will receive free seeds sent via US Postal Service. We encourage urban farmers and gardeners of ALL skill levels to attend as we continue to grow new and existing urban farms and community gardens in Prince George’s County.
